Spiced Pear and Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150g fresh or tinned pear (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained), chopped into chunks

  • ½ banana, frozen

  • 200ml milk (of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (to taste)

  • ½ tsp ground ginger (to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blitz until smooth.

Top Tip

Advance Prep - peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
