Spiced Pear and Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients
150g fresh or tinned pear (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained), chopped into chunks
½ banana, frozen
200ml milk (of your choice)
2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
½ tsp cinnamon (to taste)
½ tsp ground ginger (to taste)
½ tsp vanilla essence
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blitz until smooth.

Advance Prep - peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
