Founded by Anna Wallace, a Registered Associate Nutritionist and NLP Practitioner, The Weight Loss Academy was created to help women achieve sustainable weight loss and food freedom while overcoming sugar cravings and self-sabotage. Her approach promotes balance, flexibility, and long-term results.

The Founder Anna’s Story
Hello and welcome! I’m Anna Wallace, founder of The Weight Loss Academy, where we’re transforming how women lose weight, boost energy, and regain confidence without low-calorie diets or restrictive plans. My personal journey into health coaching started much like many of the women I now work with. I used to be trapped in a relentless dieting cycle starting new diets every Monday, taking laxatives to lose weight, stepping on the scale every day, and struggling with emotional eating. My weight was constantly fluctuating, and I felt like I had no control.
That all changed when I made a vow to never diet again. Determined to understand food and its impact on the body, I pursued a degree in Food and Nutrition at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. Over the years, through education, training, and personal mastery, I transformed my relationship with food, lost weight, and have maintained it even post pregnancy.
With qualifications as a Registered Associate Nutritionist, NLP Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I’ve combined my expertise with my personal experience to help over 50,000 women worldwide break free from restrictive dieting. The Weight Loss Academy is all about supporting women to develop flexible, positive relationships with food and reconnect with their bodies in a way that fosters sustainable, lifelong changes.
Our programmes, including the 5-Day Fat Loss Reset and the 12-week Shift & Sustain Programme, are designed to empower women to move away from low-calorie diets and embrace a more balanced approach that works with their lives, not against them. It’s incredibly rewarding to see women regain control, increase their energy, and finally feel confident in their skin.
