Mocha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oats 

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds / linseeds

  • 60ml coffee, cooled 

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder 

  • 60mI milk 

  • 1 tsp honey 

  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt 

  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine the oats, seeds and cacao powder in a jar (or container) with a lid and mix to combine. 

  2. Add the coffee, milk and honey and stir well. Pop the lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight. 

  3. When you are ready to serve, top with Greek yoghurt and sprinkle over the chocolate chips.
