Apple and Cinnamon Baked Oats
Ingredients
40g (½ cup) (1½ oz) oats
125ml (½ cup) (4½ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
½ tbsp (0.5 Aus tbsp – 7.5ml) maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp baking powder (baking soda)
½ apple, peeled and diced
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) raisins
¼ tsp cinnamon
125g (⅓ cup) (4½ oz) full-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C / 167°F / Gas Mark 4.
Blend the oats, milk, maple syrup, vanilla essence and baking powder (baking soda) in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Stir the apple, raisins and cinnamon through the batter.
Transfer into a ramekin.
Place into the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through and puffed up.
Serve with Greek yoghurt.
