Mango and Coconut Thickshake

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana 

  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk 

  • 35g frozen avocado 

  • 45g full fat greek yoghurt 

  • 1x teaspoon desiccated coconut 

  • 70g frozen mango

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. 

  2. Mix until smooth.
