Oats and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 50g (½ cup)(¾ oz) old fashioned rolled oats  

  • 85g (½ cup)(3 oz) Greek yoghurt  

  • 120ml (½ cup) (4.5 fl oz) milk  

  • 1 tsp honey  

  • 1 tbsp of sunflower or pumpkin seeds (0.75 Aus  tbsp -15ml) 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients other than the  seeds, in a bowl or a jar. 

  2. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add  the seeds in the morning before you eat.

Advance prep - make the night before
