Oats and Seeds
Ingredients
50g (½ cup)(¾ oz) old fashioned rolled oats
85g (½ cup)(3 oz) Greek yoghurt
120ml (½ cup) (4.5 fl oz) milk
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp of sunflower or pumpkin seeds (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients other than the seeds, in a bowl or a jar.
Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add the seeds in the morning before you eat.
