Lemon Creamy Chia-Pudding

Ingredients

  • 125g (1 cup)(4 1/2 oz) Full fat Greek  yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp chia-seeds (0.75 Aus tbsp  -15ml)

  • 1 tsp of lemon zest  

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (0.75 Aus tbsp  -15ml)  

  • 1 tsp honey  

  • Handful of blackberries

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except the  berries in a bowl together (taste  test, add more lemon if you like or  a little more honey if too tart).  

  2. Mix well and leave to set overnight  in the fridge. In the morning, top  with berries and serve.
