Banana Split
Ingredients
1 small banana
3 tbsp (2.25 Aus tbsp - 45ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
5 strawberries
6 blackberries
1 tsp chocolate chips, dark
6 almonds, with skin
3 tbsp (2.25 Aus tbsp - 45ml) oat flakes
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp - 15ml) sunflower seeds
Instructions:
Slice the banana down the middle and place on a plate.
Spoon Greek yoghurt over the banana.
Top with sliced strawberries, blackberries, choc chips, almonds, oats and sunflower seeds.
Top Tip
Can use any fruit with the banana. Use what's in season.
If you don't have almonds, use any nuts. Can leave out dark choc chips if you don't have them or just grate some dark choc.
