Peach and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
100g (½ cup) (3½ oz) fresh or tinned peach (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained)
50g (⅓ cup) (1¾ oz) frozen or fresh raspberries
250ml (1 cup) (8¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
15g (⅙ cup) (½ oz) porridge oats
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blitz until smooth and serve.
