Peach and Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g (½ cup) (3½ oz) fresh or tinned peach (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained)

  • 50g (⅓ cup) (1¾ oz) frozen or fresh raspberries

  • 250ml (1 cup) (8¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)

  • 2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 15g (⅙ cup) (½ oz) porridge oats

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blitz until smooth and serve.
