Energy Balls
Ingredients
1 banana
135g (½ cup) (4 ⅔ oz) smooth peanut butter
160g (2 cups) (5⅔ oz) jumbo porridge oats
60g (⅓ cup) (2 oz) dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) honey
35g (½ cup) (1⅕ oz) of ground flaxseed/linseed
Instructions:
Mash the banana in a bowl to a smooth texture.
Add the smooth peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips and honey and mix well.
Pour out the ground flaxseed onto a plate.
Take a small amount of banana mixture and roll into a ball slightly smaller than a golf ball
Roll the ball into the flaxseed/linseed to coat it
Place the balls into the fridge to set

Store the balls in the fridge for 3 to 4 days or freeze for another day
