Vegetable Burger and Garlic Potatoes (HC)

Ingredients

  • 150g potatoes 

  • 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted 

  • ½ clove garlic 

  • Handful of fresh parsley 

  • 1 vegetarian burger patty 

  • 4 spears broccoli

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

  2. Par boil potatoes for 8-10 minutes then. transfer to a baking tray along with butter, garlic and fresh parsley.

  3. Bake for 15 mins or so.

  4. Baked vegetable burger according to packet instructions.

  5. Boil or steam some broccoli for a few minutes. 

  6. Then serve burger with broccoli and garlic potatoes when ready.

Top Tip

Can choose any veggie burger, just pick one with better ingredients or can also make your own fresh veggie burger
