Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- Portion 1 or 2 dates (depending on size)
 - 1 tsp almond/peanut butter
 - 1 tsp of cream cheese
 
Instructions:
Slice the date down the middle
Remove the stone and spoon in the cream cheese or nut butter mixture (I often make a batch of 4 or 5 and then have them in the fridge on hand)
