Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • Portion 1 or 2 dates (depending on size)
  • 1 tsp almond/peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Slice the date down the middle

  2. Remove the stone and spoon in the cream cheese or nut butter mixture (I often make a batch of 4 or 5 and then have them in the fridge on hand)
