Two Minute Banana Pudding
Ingredients
1 banana
125g of full fat greek yoghurt
1 heaped tsp almond butter
2 tbsp no added sugar muesli
Sprinkle of flaxseed (optional)
Instructions:
Mash the banana with a fork.
Add the yoghurt to a bowl, along with the mashed banana, almond butter and mix around.
Top with muesli and small sprinkle of flaxseed.
