Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200g) frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup (240ml) cartoned coconut milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. ground flax seed

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
