Cream Cheese Board

Snacks

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 300g full-fat cream cheese 

  • 120g smoked salmon, sliced

  • 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained

  • ½ red onion, sliced

  • 1 courgette, grilled and sliced

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 24 small wholewheat crackers, to serve

Instructions:

  1. Spread cream cheese on a plate or a board.

  2. Top with smoked salmon, capers, red onion, courgette and dill.

  3. Serve with lemon wedges and freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Dip in wholewheat crackers and enjoy.

  5. Mix it up with other vegetable and protein sources of your choice next time.
