Summer Fruit Bowl

Breakfast, Dessert, Snacks

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  • 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt

  • 2 medjool dates

  • 1/2 orange

  • 1/2 grapefruit

  • Handful of fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Peel the orange and grapefruit then cut into thin slices , place onto a plate or in a bowl

  2. Remove stone from dates (if required) and slice dates into small chunks ( you can use any dates, my preference is medjool as they tend to be more juicy. Any dates work though)

  3. Add the chunks of dates on top of the orange and grapefruit

  4. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds and fresh mint on top

  5. Serve with some greek yoghurt on the side

  6. Perfect summer snack
