Latte Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
160 ml milk of your choice (no added sugar if using plant based milk)
3 tbsp oats
2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
1 frozen banana
1 medjool date or 1 tsp honey
1 heaped tsp coffee
Instructions:
Prep work, peel banana, slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas and always have them in my freezer)
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth (remove stone from date before putting into blender)
