Latte Smoothie

Breakfast, Snacks

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 160 ml milk of your choice (no added sugar if using plant based milk)

  • 3 tbsp oats

  • 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 medjool date or 1 tsp honey

  • 1 heaped tsp coffee

Instructions:

  1. Prep work, peel banana, slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas and always have them in my freezer)

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth (remove stone from date before putting into blender)
