Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) carrot juice

  • 1 banana, frozen, chunks

  • 3/4 cup (180ml) milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
