Banana Split

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 3 tbsp greek yoghurt

  • 3 sliced strawberries

  • 5 blackberries

  • 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips

  • 8 crushed almonds

  • 1 tsp of oats

  • 1 tsp of sunflower seeds

Instructions:

  1. Slice banana down the middle and place on a plate.

  2. Spoon Greek yoghurt in between banana.

  3. Top with sliced strawberries, blackberries, choc chips, crushed almonds, oats and sunflower seeds.

  4. Super easy, enjoy as breakfast or snack.
