Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
40g porridge / oats
100ml milk (of your choice)
1 tbsp full-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp low-sugar granola
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except the granola in a container and stir well.
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and sprinkle over the granola.
