Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 40g porridge / oats 

  • 100ml milk (of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp full-fat cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp low-sugar granola

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients except the granola in a container and stir well.

  2. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and sprinkle over the granola.

    Note: Advanced Prep - Make the night before.
