Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 160g Brussels sprouts

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper 

  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half for even cooking.

  2. In a bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and  paprika (if using) until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the sprouts in the basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning. The sprouts should be golden brown and crispy on the outside but tender inside.

  5. Transfer to a plate, adjust the seasoning if needed, and serve hot.
