Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
160g Brussels sprouts
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions:
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half for even cooking.
In a bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and paprika (if using) until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the sprouts in the basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning. The sprouts should be golden brown and crispy on the outside but tender inside.
Transfer to a plate, adjust the seasoning if needed, and serve hot.
