Festive Spiced Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 125g Greek yoghurt

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Zest of 1 orange 

  • 2 tbsp of orange juice 

  • 1 kiwi, sliced 

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate (optional) 

  • 30g mixed nuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or container add the yoghurt, with cinnamon, ginger, honey, orange zest and orange juice 

  2. Mix until combined, taste test and add more flavour if desired 

  3. Prepare the fruit 

  4. Add the yoghurt mixture to a serving bowl

  5. Top with fresh fruit and nuts
