Winter Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) oat flakes
2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
250ml (1 cup) (8¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
½ ground ginger
1 small banana
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until well combined.
