Winter Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) oat flakes

  • 2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 250ml (1 cup) (8¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

  • ½ ground ginger

  • 1 small banana

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until well combined.
