Warm Porridge
Ingredients
6 raspberries
1 tsp honey
40g (½ cup) (1½ oz) oat flakes
160ml (¾ cup) (5⅔ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) sunflower seeds
Instructions:
In a pot add the fresh raspberries with the honey and allow to simmer on a medium heat for around around 10 minutes.
Add the oats and milk to another pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes, on a medium heat also.
Oats should be of thickish consistency when ready and the raspberries should have a jam like consistency when ready.
Add oats to a bowl then top with the raspberry compote and sunflower seeds.
