Strawberry Thickshake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 160ml (¾ cup) (5⅔ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 8 frozen strawberries

  • 1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients (except seeds) into a blender and blend the mixture into a smooth thickshake.

  2. Sprinkle seeds on top and serve.

Top Tip

Advance Prep - peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
