Strawberry Thickshake
Ingredients
2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp - 30ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
160ml (¾ cup) (5⅔ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
1 small frozen banana
8 frozen strawberries
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients (except seeds) into a blender and blend the mixture into a smooth thickshake.
Sprinkle seeds on top and serve.
Top Tip
Advance Prep - peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
