Ranch Dip with Veggie Sticks
Ingredients
2 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 cucumber, sliced into circles
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
2 celery sticks, cut into sticks
Ranch Dip:
250g full fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried dill
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Mix together all of the ingredients for the ranch dip thoroughly.
Dip in veggie sticks for a tasty high protein and low carb snack.
