Ranch Dip with Veggie Sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

  • 1 cucumber, sliced into circles

  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced

  • 2 celery sticks, cut into sticks

Ranch Dip:

  • 250g full fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

  •  ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients for the ranch dip thoroughly.

  2. Dip in veggie sticks for a tasty high protein and low carb snack.
