Purple Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana*
100g (⅔ cup) (3½ oz) frozen blueberries
50g (⅓ cup) (1¾ oz) frozen strawberries
1 heaped tbsp (+0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp raw cacao or no added sugar cocoa powder
250ml (1 cup) (8¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender.
Blitz until smooth and serve.
Top Tip
Advance prep – To freeze the banana, peel and chop before placing in a suitable container in the fridge and leave overnight
