Purple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana*

  • 100g (⅔ cup) (3½ oz) frozen blueberries

  • 50g (⅓ cup) (1¾ oz) frozen strawberries

  • 1 heaped tbsp (+0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp raw cacao or no added sugar cocoa powder

  • 250ml (1 cup) (8¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blitz until smooth and serve.

Top Tip

Advance prep – To freeze the banana, peel and chop before placing in a suitable container in the fridge and leave overnight
