Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ banana

  • 80g (⅓ cup)(3 oz) pineapple chunks, canned or fresh

  • 150ml (⅔ cup)(5 fl oz) coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp of Full fat Greek yoghurt (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)

  • Few ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth around 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Top Tip

Advance prep - Freeze some ice cubes
