Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
¼ banana
80g (⅓ cup)(3 oz) pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
150ml (⅔ cup)(5 fl oz) coconut milk
1 tbsp of Full fat Greek yoghurt (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)
Few ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth around 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Advance prep - Freeze some ice cubes
