Overnight Weetabix
Ingredients
2 Weetabix
125ml milk (of your choice)
15 fresh raspberries
125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp flaked almonds
Instructions:
Add 2 crushed Weetabix to a small container, pour over the milk and stir to combine.
Press the soaked Weetabix down with a spoon to create the base.
Mash half of the raspberries in a small bowl, add in the yoghurt and mix a little to ripple the raspberries through the yoghurt.
Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the Weetabix base and top with the remaining berries and flaked almonds.
Place in the fridge overnight, eat and enjoy the next morning.
