No Cook Freezer Dinner (HC)

Ingredients

  • Any of these protein elements:

  • 1x Piece of Breaded Fish

  • 1x Fish Cake

  • 3 Chicken Goujons 

  • 3 Fish Goujons

  • 1x Chicken Kiev

  • ¼ Quiche (with pastry)

  • 1x Vegetarian Burger

  • 4 Falafels

  • 2 x Sausages 

  • 1 x Fillet of fish (plain)

  • 1 x Fillet of chicken (plain)

  • Frozen vegetables or salad

  • 1 tbsp tzatziki, coleslaw or low sugar tomato sauce

Instructions:

  1. Pick any of the protein element from the ingredients list

  2. Add in frozen vegetables or salad

  3. Serve with 1 tbsp tzatziki, coleslaw or low sugar tomato sauce and enjoy

Top Tip

If selecting 2 x Sausages , 1 x Fillet of fish (plain), 1 x Fillet of chicken (plain) as your protein element, please ensure to select any carbohydrate element from the food swap list.
