Mango and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 125g frozen mango

  • 1 sm frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt

  • 125ml milk

  • 1 tsp of flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut (can also use frozen coconut if you can find it in the shop)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Work – Peel banana slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas and always have them in my freezer)

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth (can also leave a little coconut and flaxseed for the top of your smoothie bowl)
