Air Fryer Broccoli Fries
Ingredients
1 medium-sized broccoli head
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
Sprinkle of black pepper
2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
A squeeze of lemon juice to taste
1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Instructions:
Remove the stalk from the broccoli (save the florets for another time). Trim or peel the tough outer layer.
Slice the stalk into ½ cm width fries and place in a medium bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper and toss to coat the fries.
Arrange the fries in an airfyer (in a single layer) and cook at 200 °C for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by combining the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and parsley in a small bowl.
Serve together and enjoy!
