Homemade Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
4 wholemeal or corn tortilla wraps
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 180-degrees fan.
Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil and sprinkle with paprika.
Cut each wrap into triangles with scissors.
Arrange in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets and bake for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving. The chips will crisp up more as they cool.
Top Tip
The recipe makes 4 portions. The chips can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
