Homemade Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 wholemeal or corn tortilla wraps

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 180-degrees fan.

  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil and sprinkle with paprika.

  3. Cut each wrap into triangles with scissors.

  4. Arrange in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets and bake for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway.

  5. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving. The chips will crisp up more as they cool.

Top Tip

The recipe makes 4 portions. The chips can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
