Green Glow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ kiwi

  • 250ml (1 cup)(8½ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

  • 2 tablespoons full-fat Greek yoghurt (1.5 Aus tbsp – 30ml)

  • 1 cereal bowl spinach, fresh or frozen

  • 1 small banana, frozen

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Mix until smooth.
