Banana and Blueberry Chia-Seed Pudding
Ingredients
125g (½ cup)(4½ oz) full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml)
1 small banana
8 blueberries
Instructions:
Add the Greek yoghurt into a jar.
Mix in the chia seeds and stir until it's completely combined.
Let it set in a fridge and add chopped banana and blueberries before serving.
