Banana and Blueberry Chia-Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 125g (½ cup)(4½ oz) full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml)

  • 1 small banana

  • 8 blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Add the Greek yoghurt into a jar.

  2. Mix in the chia seeds and stir until it's completely combined.

  3. Let it set in a fridge and add chopped banana and blueberries before serving.
