Apple and Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
80g porridge / oats
160ml milk
170g full-fat Greek yoghurt
2 tsp honey
30g raisins
2 apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Place the oats, milk, yoghurt, 1 tsp honey and raisins in a container and stir well. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, place a small non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. When hot, add the remaining honey (1 tsp), apple, cinnamon and water. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat.
To serve, take the overnight oats out of the fridge, serve ½ of the oat mixture in a bowl and stir in a little water to loosen. Top with ½ of the apple mixture.

The recipe makes 2 portions, save the second portion for breakfast tomorrow.
