Cinnamon And Blackberry Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS
40g oats
40g blackberries, frozen or fresh
10g pecans, finely diced
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple sauce
½ tsp sweet cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
75ml water
½ tsp unsalted butter
125g full fat Greek Yoghurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°c
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, half of the blackberries, apple sauce, vanilla extract, water and pecans in a mixing bowl.
Add a few blackberries to the bottom of the dish.
Top with the oat mixture, then sprinkle the remainder of the blackberries on top.
Place into the oven for 20 mins.
Serve with full fat Greek yoghurt.
