Mango & Turmeric Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup (240ml) milk
½ cup (125g) Greek yoghurt (or plant-based)
1 cup (160g) frozen mango
½ avocado
½ banana
1 inch(2.5cm) fresh ginger, peeled
1 tsp. ground turmeric
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
