Mango & Turmeric Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk

  • ½ cup (125g) Greek yoghurt (or plant-based)

  • 1 cup (160g) frozen mango

  • ½ avocado

  • ½ banana

  • 1 inch(2.5cm) fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
