Hummus Wreath

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 300g hummus

  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 12 cherry tomatoes, chopped into quarters

  • 100g crumbled feta cheese

  • Assortment of wholegrain crackers

Instructions:

  1. Spread the hummus on a large plate, leaving a circle in the middle. 

  2. Toss the parsley, flaxseeds, cherry tomatoes and feta on top of the hummus. 

  3. Put an assortment of wholegrain crackers in the middle. Then enjoy!
