Hummus Wreath

Ingredients:
300g hummus
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp flaxseed
12 cherry tomatoes, chopped into quarters
100g crumbled feta cheese
Assortment of wholegrain crackers
Instructions:
Spread the hummus on a large plate, leaving a circle in the middle.
Toss the parsley, flaxseeds, cherry tomatoes and feta on top of the hummus.
Put an assortment of wholegrain crackers in the middle. Then enjoy!
