Gingerbread Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 250ml milk

  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

  • 1 tsp peanut or almond butter

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Prep Work – Peel banana slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
