Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
250ml milk
2 tbsp porridge oats
1 tsp peanut or almond butter
1⁄2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon of ground ginger
Instructions:
Prep Work – Peel banana slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
