Frozen Yoghurt Bites

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 150g full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 150g strawberries, diced

  • 150g blueberries

  • 250g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

  1. Divide Greek yoghurt evenly between two bowls.

  2. Add diced strawberries to one bowl of Greek yoghurt and blueberries to the other, mix well.

  3. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  4. Add 1 tbsp of mixture to the tray at a time, evenly spaced, until all the mixture is used.

  5. Place into the freezer for 1-2 hours until frozen.

  6. Dip each frozen yoghurt bite lightly into the melted dark chocolate then place back onto the baking tray.

  7. Drizzle over any remaining chocolate and place back into the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

  8. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before eating so they can thaw slightly.

  9. Enjoy, store leftovers in the freezer for up to 1 month.
