Ingredients:

  • Wet ingredients:

    • 4 medium carrots, grated

    • 4 eggs

    • 4 tbsp. olive oil

    • 4 tbsp. honey

    Dry Ingredients:

    • 1 heaped cup (100g) oat flour

    • 2/3 cup (80g) corn starch

    • 1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients

  3. Combine all the wet ingredients

  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together

  5. Place in baking tin

  6. Cook for approximately 30 mins or until cooked (cooking time varies depending on baking tin used)
