Very Berry Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (350ml) milk

  • 1 cup (150g) strawberries, frozen

  • 1 cup (100g) blueberries, frozen

  • ½ cup (60g) raspberries, frozen

  • ½ cup (75g) blackberries, frozen

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smoothie.

  2. Serve straight away.
