Chocolate Overnight Oats

Breakfast

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup (30g) old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup (85g) Greek yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) almond milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. Honey

  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or a jar. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add your favourite toppings (optional) in the morning before you eat.
