Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Sausages

  • 1 or 2 Boiled Eggs

  • 100 - 130g Rotisserie Chicken

  • 70g Halloumi

  • 3 tbsp Edamame Beans

  • 1 Tin of Tuna / Salmon

  • 1 (1 and ½) Fillet Smoked Mackerel

  • 50g Smoked Salmon

  • Hot Honey Halloumi (See Recipe Collection)

  • Egg Bites (See Recipe Collection)

Any of the following fruit/veg:

  • Carrot Sticks

  • Cucumber Sticks

  • Celery Sticks

  • Apple Slices

  • Seaweed

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Pepper Slices

  • Sugar Snap Peas

  • Strawberries

  • Pear Slices

  • Blueberries

  • Melon

  • Mango Chunks

  • 1 Corn On The Cob

Any of these sides:

  • 125g Yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp Hummus

  • 1 tbsp Tzatziki

  • 1 tbsp Cottage Cheese

  • 1 tbsp Guacamole

  • 1 Babybel

  • ½ Small / ¼ Large Avocado

  • 30g Nuts

  • 6 Olives

  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Coleslaw

  • 1 tbsp Mayo

  • 1 tbsp Salad Cream

  3. Select one side
