Topped Crackers Three Ways

Ingredients

Avocado Topping:

  • 2-3 wholegrain crackers

  • ½ avocado

  • few chilli flakes

Cream Cheese Topping:

  • 2-3 wholegrain crackers

  • 2 thin spreads of cream cheese

  • 2 thin spreads of jam

Tuna Topping:

  • 2-3 wholegrain crackers

  • 72g (small tin) of tuna

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 heaped tsp mayonnaise

Instructions:

Avocado Topping:

  1. Mash avocado and spread on crackers, top with some chilli flakes.

Cream Cheese Topping:

  1. Spread thin layers of cream cheese on crackers, then top with a thin layer of jam.

Tuna Topping:

  1. Add tuna to a bowl, season and add mayo.

  2. Spread tuna mixture over crackers.
