Strawberries, Kiwi and Coconut Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 125g (½ cup)(4½ oz) Full fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 1 kiwi

  • 6 strawberries

  • 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut (shredded coconut) (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)

  • 1 tsp of pumpkin / sunflower seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add the yoghurt and honey, mix around.

  2. Add the sliced kiwi and strawberries.

  3. Top with coconut and seeds and enjoy.
