Mint Choc Chip Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g (½ cup)(¾ oz) old fashioned rolled oats 

  • 85g (½ cup)(2¾ oz) Greek yoghurt, full fat

  • 120ml (½ cup)(4 fl oz) milk 

  • 1 drop peppermint extract

  • 1 tsp honey 

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)

  • ½ banana

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the banana in a bowl or a jar.

  2. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add chopped banana on top in the morning and enjoy.

Advance prep - make the night before.
