Mint Choc Chip Overnight Oats
Ingredients
50g (½ cup)(¾ oz) old fashioned rolled oats
85g (½ cup)(2¾ oz) Greek yoghurt, full fat
120ml (½ cup)(4 fl oz) milk
1 drop peppermint extract
1 tsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)
½ banana
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients except the banana in a bowl or a jar.
Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add chopped banana on top in the morning and enjoy.
