Low Sugar Cereal with Berries

Ingredients

  • Low sugar cereal (30g (½ cup) (1 oz) no added sugar muesli (granola), 2 Weetabix or 2 shredded wheat biscuits)

  • 125ml (½ cup) (4½ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)

  • 1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 15 fresh raspberries or blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Add the cereal to a serving bowl along with the milk.

  2. To serve, add the yoghurt, top with the berries and enjoy!
