Low Sugar Cereal with Berries
Ingredients
Low sugar cereal (30g (½ cup) (1 oz) no added sugar muesli (granola), 2 Weetabix or 2 shredded wheat biscuits)
125ml (½ cup) (4½ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
15 fresh raspberries or blueberries
Instructions:
Add the cereal to a serving bowl along with the milk.
To serve, add the yoghurt, top with the berries and enjoy!
