Lemon and Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
40g (½ cup) (1½ oz) porridge oats
125ml (½ cup) (4½ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp – 15ml) full-fat Greek yoghurt
10 blueberries
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except the blueberries in a container and stir well.
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
To serve, take the overnight oats out of the fridge and top with blueberries.
